TumugonBurahintama! it is important to have atleast 8hrs of sleep =) goodluck sa mga nagpupuyat! masisira ang sleep-wake cycle niyo .according to my professor when i was still on college pag nagpuyat ka ngayon dahil magrereview ka dahil may exam kinabukasan at sasabihin mong "babawi na lang ako ng tulog sa week end" di mo na mababawi ang tulog, pagnagpuyat ka na di na mababawi yun! haha =) kaya mali ang sinasabi nating lahat na magbabawi sa tulog .
